MENU CONSULTANCY

We reached out to MP38 in 2024 to consult in both kitchen management and to also explore a new menu concept to compliment our existing charcuterie & Cheese sharing platters. As a small independent bar with very little catering experience, their expertise was gratefully received and has already helped us cement a great reputation locally and achieve our 5 star food hygiene certification.
They provide excellent guidance in terms of how to operate the kitchen and we were delighted with the proposals made. They were always on hand to answer any queries and gave us the confidence to explore new concepts.
After our successful pinsa menu launch, we reached out again in January 2025 to further expand our food offering which has resulted in a new small plate menu which we are super excited to launch later this month. They have provided us with not only the concept but the tools to deliver and train our team in terms of delivery and driving forward our business plan into 2025.
